Power distribution cabinets (boxes) are divided into power distribution cabinets (boxes), lighting distribution cabinets (boxes), and metering cabinets (boxes). Models include 10KV distribution cabinets and 20KV distribution cabinets. The power distribution cabinet is a collective name for the motor control center. Low-voltage switchgear has GGD, GCK, GCS, MNS, XLL2 low-voltage distribution boxes and XGM low-voltage lighting boxes.

The main differences:

GGD is fixed, GCK, GCS, MNS are drawer cabinets. GCK and GCS and MNS cabinets have different drawer pushing mechanisms; the main difference between GCS and MNS cabinets is that GCS cabinets can only be used as single-sided operation cabinets with a cabinet depth of 800 mm and MNS cabinets can be used as double-sided operation cabinets with a cabinet depth of 1000 mm.

Advantages and disadvantages:

Withdrawable cabinets (GCK, GCS, MNS) are relatively provincial, convenient to maintain, and have many outgoing lines, but are expensive; fixed cabinets (GGD) have fewer outgoing circuits and occupy a larger area (if a small place cannot make a fixed cabinet, it is recommended Should make a chest of drawers).

Grading

(1) Primary power distribution equipment, collectively referred to as power distribution center. They are centrally installed in the enterprise's substations and distribute electrical energy to lower-level power distribution equipment at different locations. This level of equipment relies only on step-down transformers, so the electrical parameters are high, and the output circuit capacity is also large.

(2) The secondary power distribution equipment is a collective name for power distribution cabinets and motor control centers. The power distribution cabinet is used in situations where the load is dispersed and the circuits are few; the motor control center is used in situations where the load is concentrated and the circuits are many. They distribute the electrical energy of a circuit of the upper-level power distribution equipment to the nearby load. This class of equipment should provide protection, monitoring and control of the load.

(3) The final stage power distribution equipment is collectively referred to as the lighting power distribution box. They are far from the power supply center and are decentralized small-capacity power distribution equipment.
